Western Project were engaged by John Flower Architects to assist in the delivery of the Rosemarie Nathanson Financial Markets Trading Room at the University of Western Australia. The largest training facility of its kind in Australia, the Business Trading Room allows students to access global share markets, monitor news-feeds and social media assess and track stocks, bonds, currencies and commodities across more than 400 global markets.

The Trading Room was a complex fitout, seamlessly bringing together Industrial Architectural finishes with Highly Technical Service installation to include 50 financial terminals and 160 AV monitors. The Western Projects team coordinated the state of the Art Audio Visual Systems which went on to win Education Project of the Year at the annual international AV Awards in London.

The Rosemarie Nathanson Financial Markets Trading Room project was delivered on time and within budget for the client, providing a world-class training facility for students and teachers at UWA.
